Reliance Jio - AirFiber Feature Integration
To promote Jio AirFiber, we designed a fun and interactive experience inside the MyJio App. The goal was to help users understand the benefits of AirFiber while keeping them interested. We added a feature called "Spin to Win" that caught people's attention and made it easy to join. It helped explain the technical parts of the product through short and simple interactions that were easy to follow and enjoyable.
Why “Spin-toWin”
The wheel’s movement and suspense immediately draw attention, triggering curiosity through motion+color.
It adds a layer of fun, which increases completion rate for the subsequent quiz and onboarding flow.
Mimics a reward system, even if no tangible prize is involved creating a sense of “win “ that motivates the interaction.
The Strategy
Our product strategy was built on 3 key pillars

Educate Through Play
We knew that users wouldn’t engage with long-form content. So we embedded education into a micro quiz, where each question taught them something new about AirFiber.

Create a Hook with gamification
The spin wheel was designed to draw people in immediately. It made the flow feel exciting, and showed users what they could win from free data to device discounts

Encourage Sharing & Repeat Use
We baked in referral logic and subtle share nudges, so once users experienced the flow, they could invite others too. This created an organic look of engagement
The End Goal
A simple, delightful way to spread awareness, drive product curiosity and accelerate adoption of jio AirFiber without relying on traditional ad heavy campaigns.
